Reference design converts 90 VAC to 135 VAC input and drives 7 or 8 series-connected LEDs from 300 to 600 mA average current. The LM3445 switching frequency is set at 225 kHz. This 4-layer board uses the bottom and top layers for component placement. It can be modified to adjust LED forward current, number of series-connected LEDs and switching frequency.
